Reservation Process

Thank you for choosing AmberField Place for your new home!


Please follow these few easy steps to apply and secure your apartment.


Application: Fill out the application COMPLETELY with your signature.  At the top right corner of your application, fill in the city and apartment number you are applying for.
Note: If applicants are not married each person must fill out an application.

Application fee: This non-refundable fee is $25. per applicant.
Payment can be received by personal check made out to AmberField Place, by money order, or on line at Pay Online.
Cash not accepted.

Required ID:  We need a copy of each applicant’s driver’s license or picture id.

Required Forms:
For all apartments, Application
For General Apartments,  General Statement of Rental Policy
For 55+ Apartments,  55+ Senior Statement of Rental Policy
Rental History Verification Form is required with every application.

Proof of income:
We need two months of paystubs, copy of Social Security income letter, and any other statements that verify monthly income.  If you are starting a new job, a letter of acceptance from your employer is accepted.

Damage Deposit:
The Damage Deposit for General Apartments is equivalent to one month’s rent.
The Damage Deposit for 55+ Apartments is $300.

This fee must be received WITH the application by check or money order. Money order is required if the move in is within 10 days of payment.  Cash not accepted.
Note: This payment is held and not deposited until the approval process is completed and a lease is written.
When including the deposit, we must also receive the signed Prelease Damage Deposit Agreement

Note: If doing Online payment of The Damage Deposit, it SHOULD NOT be done before approval is completed.  If you are paying online, completed paper work may be faxed or emailed to our office.
